Buying a book on this site gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read it on your own devices and to print it for your own use. You may quote from it in the speech you give; that is what it is for. You may not resell it, share the files, or republish the text.

Delivery

Files are delivered instantly after payment as PDF and EPUB. If a download link fails, email the support route on your purchase receipt and a fresh link is sent the same business day.

Refunds

Delivery is instant and all sales are final. The refunds and delivery page has the details, including redelivery if a file does not arrive.
